Kate Today at 12:45 PM This has been going on for decades especially in Bridgeport,I know because I lived there and they took those parking spots serious. Someone down the street had there tires shot out for taking another person's spot mysteriously in the middle of the night! Very True

Anonymous YOUR WRONG AGAIN........BRIDGEPORT is NOT known as NEW CITY......YOUR AN IDIOT.........We have always been BRIDGEPORT.....Go and get a darn phone book and look for yourself..........I don't know where you get your info from but your quite wrong wrong wrong. AND I AM HAPPY BEING HERE FOR 50 odd years........Your a very bitter and hateful human.....I bet you pull wings off of flys for amusement and kick puppies........shut up you know NOTHING about areas in Chicago........

kb Today at 9:23 AM I'm not sure what "a renter" and "anonymous" (same person?) are talking about. Bridgeport is still Bridgeport and we are happy to call it so! And if you shovel the spot in front of your house, it is yours! At least till the snow clears!

Fact is, CITY STREETS... our stickers rent parking spaces on 'em.This is possessiveness I have never understood. It takes a certain mentality... the bully type. It is very "Bridgeport".... I'd rather be known for being possessive of parking spots, than a neighborhood that boasts rape, murder, arson, robbery, and the like....that's what happens when you travel OUT of Bridgeport. You sound like in intolerant bully yourself.
